The softball team’s season came to an end with a rescheduled game versus Eaton on Friday, the team fell 11-6 to the Eagles, Rachel Dsuban hit a home run in the final game of the season as the Brave finish with a record of 15-12.

The baseball team defeated Ross yesterday in their final game of the regular season, 11-3 was the score, the team finishes 2nd in the SWOC at 11-4 and are 17-8 overall headed into a first round playoff matchup with SWOC champion Harrison on Tuesday.
Congrats to the tennis team who concluded their season at sectionals yesterday, another great season for the boys team, they finish 12-5 overall and claimed their fourth conference crown in a row.

Now for Spring Sports followed by sports with Luke West Poley
The baseball team won 2 games over the last 2 nights, both by way of run rule, first a 22-3 win over Mount Healthy Tuesday night and then a 13-3 victory over Northwest, the team will head to Ross tonight for their regular season finale.
The tennis team continued Talawanda’s undefeated streak against La Salle with a 3-2 road win, the team improves to 12-5 on the year.
The track teams competed at the SWOC championships on Tuesday, the girls won their fourth championship in a row and the boys finished second, the team had 1-2 sweeps in every single distance event and additional victories in the 4×800 for both boys and girls, girls shot put and boys discus. The JV team will head to the SWOC reserve meet tonight with districts starting next Wednesday.

The softball team had their postseason ended last night in the sectional tournament by way of Fairfield, 6-5 was the final, they fall to 15-11 on the year with one more game on the schedule at Eaton on Friday.
The baseball team had a standout performance last night on the road in a 4-0 rout of La Salle, Blake Puckett went 3-3 at the plate and Parker Geshan pitched a 3 hit complete game, the team improves to 14-8 on the year with 3 games to go in the regular season starting with a trip to Mount Healthy tonight.

A four-peat for the boys tennis team was the only athletic event last night, a clean sweep of the singles propelled the brave to eek out a 3 point edge over Harrison to claim another SWOC title, the team is back in action tonight at home versus Moeller.
Home games for today: The tennis team hosts Moeller at 4, good luck to Kiefer Bell and Hannah Lippincott who will be competing at the Mason invitational miles today along with the top competition in the midwest Hannah’s race goes off at 6 and Kiefer’s is at 8:15.

A wild scene unfolded at MSG last night, as you can see behind me.
The track teams competed at the Hamilton “Blue Heaven” Invitational on Tuesday with the girls finishing second and the boys ninth, full team competition will resume on Tuesday with the SWOC championships at Harrison but in the meantime two standout runners-Hannah Lippincott and Kiefer Bell- will be competing in strong mile fields tomorrow at the Mason Rod Russel invitational.
The baseball team knocked off Northwest last night 13-1 in 5 innings, they will head down the road to play the nights again tomorrow night.
The softball team also defeated Northwest at home yesterday in a 10-5 decision, the team combined for 13 hits in the winning effort, they also picked up two wins earlier in the week on Monday and Tuesday over Ross and Mount Healthy, the team is now 14-10 overall and 8-6 in the SWOC with their next action coming tomorrow at Northwest.
The tennis edged Elder in a 3-2 match last night to improve to 11-4 on the season, good luck to them as they are looking to defend their SWOC title at the tournament as we speak.
The lacrosse team split their two games over the break picking up a big win against La Salle on the road, 21-10 but falling on senior night last night to CHCA 19-9, they are now 10-4 and will take the trip to Madeira on Tuesday.
Home games for today: None, but once again good luck to the tennis team as they are currently competing at the SWOC championships.

The track teams both came away with first place trophies from the Ross invite on Friday night, they will head to Hamilton to compete at the Big Blue invitational tomorrow.
The baseball team picked up 2 run rules after a weather delay pushed their doubleheader with Mount Healthy to last Friday, Evan Kennel pitched a 5 inning no hitter, and Niko Amarantos did the same in 2 innings in game 2, the Brave improve to 12-8 overall and 7-4 in the conference and will play tonight at Ross.
ThesoftballteambeatMount Healthy twice on Friday, 9-0 was the score in both contests, the softball team is back over the 500 hump at 11-10 overall, and will also head to Ross tonight.
And congrats to the Ac Chal team who placed 10th at the state competition at Columbus St. Charles on Saturday.

The 2021 Prom will be tomorrow, May 1 from 7:00-11:00 pm here at THS. Tickets are $20 and purchasing information will be sent to you via email. All current Juniors and Seniors, as well as the class of 2020, are invited to attend the prom. The prom theme is “City of Stars”. Please dress accordingly for the elements and a concrete dance floor.
