All right, let’s switch gears a little bit and check in with Addi to give us a rundown on sports.

SPORTS INTRO: **
ADDI: Last night most of our scheduled sports were canceled as our athletes continue to battle with the weather. Both softball and baseball were canceled due to field conditions and tennis was also canceled due to the continued rain

But the track team was still able to run in the Ross Quad finishing with some impressive scores all around., taking home numerous placings and PR’s. The girls team got first place in the meet, overcoming Ross by one point while the Boys team took second place.

As for tonight, our athletes are really hoping the weather holds off after their week-long unexpected break.

Softball will be taking on Ursuline right here at home, that game is to begin at 5

Baseball will also be at home as they have rescheduled their game from Wednesday for tonight. They will be facing off against Mt. Healthy at 5pm

Tennis is also scheduled to play tonight at home vs. Lebanon their match is at 4:30

Before we head off into the weekend we also got some stuff going on Saturday as the baseball team will be taking on Lakota West. Varsity will be at home while JV is away both games will be at noon.

That’s all I got for sports, good luck to all our athletes tonight and this weekend. Next up here is a promo video for the upcoming NHS Volleyball Tournament.
