April 16th, 2021

Good Morning Talawanda. Today is Friday, April 16th, 2021.

Next week is EOC week at Talawanda High School.  Make sure you communicate with your teacher so you know your responsibilities for the day.  Only the students who are taking the test are required to report, but all other students will have Asynchronous work to complete.  Each teacher will have different requirements for attendance, but everyone will have work to do over the course of the week.  Communicate with your teachers if you have any questions.  Monday is English, Tuesday is History, Thursday is Math, and Friday is Science.  Best of luck on the state tests next week!

Setting Stone is hosting its first, in-person Coffee House of the year on Friday, May 7th, and we are looking for performers! If you would like perform, you can sign up this week outside of Mr. Aerni’s room (320), or email settingstone@talawanda.org with your name and type of performance you would like to do! Due to certain restrictions, this Coffee House will be much different than in years past–so spots are limited. Sign up today!

Talawanda will be participating in Ohio Military Family Spirit Week this week. Today is RED day – Remember Everyone Deployed.  Talawanda is a Purple Star School and is proud to participate in this Spirit Week.

The 2021 Prom will be May 1st from 7:00-11:00 pm here at THS. Tickets are $20 and purchasing information will be sent to you via email. All current Juniors and Seniors, as well as the class of 2020, are invited to attend the prom.
