On Saturday the freshmen football team defeated the Little Miami Panthers to a score of 14 to 12. The Brave were trailing 12-6 at the end of the fourth quarter. With 50 seconds left on the clock, the Brave had to convert on a 4th and 7. DJ Morris Williams connected with Dom Dowers on a tipped ball in the back of the end zone to tie it up. DJ punched it in on the conversion with a QB sneak to go ahead by 2. With 15 seconds remaining, Hayden Marcum intercepted the Panthers’ pass as they were driving to seal the deal. They improve to 1 and 1 on the season. Way to go frosh.
