SIENNA: | and I’m SIENNA. Here’s what’s happening around THS: |
ALEXA: | Today, the Robotics Club will be meeting after school from 3-4 in room 412. |
SIENNA: | Another meeting happening today, Moot Court will meet from 4:30 to 7:30 PM in room 315 |
ALEXA: | Tribune will also be meeting today from 7:30-8:15 in room 315. |
SIENNA: | Tomorrow the Mock Trial-All Day Moot Court Competition will take place at The Supreme Court of Ohio. |
ALEXA: | There will be a Best Buddies meeting during tutorial tomorrow in the cafeteria. There will also be a Friendship Walk at Marcum Park, starting at 10:30am. |
SIENNA: | Finally for this week, Bible Study will meet this Friday during tutorial. |
SIENNA: | Also, next Monday there will be a PickleBall Tournament at 4 PM. |
ALEXA:: | Hey Sienna, you still have your eclipse glasses from Monday’s total eclipse right? |
SIENNA: | Yes I do. |
ALEXA: | Well, I do too, and luckily THS, along with Moon-Co-Op, is collecting the glasses to be recycled and sent to South America for their eclipse on October 2nd. |
SIENNA: | You can turn in glasses to the box in the main office or the box outside Room 316! |
ALEXA: | There’s also some really important testing coming up. |
SIENNA: | That’s right! EOC testing is right around the corner! |
ALEXA: | ELA testing will be on April 16th and 17th |
SIENNA: | Math will be on April 23rd and 24th |
ALEXA: | Science will be on April 30th |
SIENNA: | And lastly, Social Studies will be on May 1st |
ALEXA: | Switching gears a little, Prom tickets are now on sale! Juniors and Seniors check your email for the QR code. |
SIENNA: | That’s right. And, the waiver students need or the afterprom is available in the main office |
ALEXA: | If you are planning on going to prom, get your tickets today. |
SIENNA: | Oh–and, leading up to prom, Student Government is putting on Friday Fit Days every Friday. This Friday’s theme is inside out day. |
ALEXA: | Hey Sienna, do you like animals? |
SIENNA: | YES Lex I absolutely do! Goats happen to be my favorite. |
ALEXA: | I personally love the fluffy cows! And I just know you’re gonna love this live look into AG Day. |

ADDI: | Starting with last night’s games and matches, boys tennis was scheduled to face off against Princeton but that match was ultimately canceled due to the rain. \
Baseball was also scheduled to play last night in a conference match against Northwest, but that game was also canceled due to weather. But despite the weather, softball was still able to play their double header against Northwest overcoming them 10-0 both games. Great work ladies wait to clutch that conference win. Assuming the weather holds off, here’s what we have scheduled for tonight. Tennis will be right here at home tonight taking on Badin at 4:30 Baseball will be facing off against Monroe. Varsity will be at home while JV is away. Both games will begin at 5 Finally there will be a JV track invitational at harrison tonight Good luck to all of our athletes playing tonight, fingers crossed the weather does not get in the way.
