Good morning Talawanda today is Thursday, September 15th, 2022

Class war update – The Freshmen, in a DOMINANT showing, had 153 students dress up yesterday, giving them enough points to close the gap on the seniors and putting them at 9 total points.  The seniors, who placed 3rd yesterday, maintain a slim 1 point lead during class wars with 10 points.  In third place behind the Seniors and Freshmen, it’s the Sophomores with 7 points.  Continuing their losing streak, it’s the Juniors with 4 points. Friday is Class Color day with Seniors in Black, Juniors in White, Sophomores in Blue, and Freshmen in Red.

There are Penny War jars at lunch for each class.  Pennies are positive points, and all other money is negative.  The class with the highest point total at the end of the week will be declared the winner and get points towards the Class War.  Not a lot to report, PLEASE make sure you bring in your spare change and participate for charity!

Homecoming tickets will be on sale until Friday night through the HomeTown Ticketing App. No tickets will be sold at the door, so be sure to get your tickets before Friday night!
If you plan to bring an outside guest, you must return the permission slips to Mrs. Gingerich in the main office to receive a guest ticket code. Last chance to turn in permission slips is Friday! Again, these permission slips must be turned in to receive a guest code.
