TESSA: First up lets go over some student opportunities that are happening in our community
TESSA: First up the Reily Township Good Neighbor Group is looking for a new logo.
KATE: That’s right, any THS student living in Reily Township may create and submit a design idea.
TESSA: If you are interested, please email Mrs. Claire or pop into room 603 for more information.
KATE: Secondly Setting Stone Coffee House signups begin today; The Coffee House will be on Friday, February 23rd–signups run from today through the end of January. Sign up outside of room 320
TESSA: Not only is Setting stone looking for performers but are also looking for original student artwork, photography, short stories, and poetry for its literary-art magazine. If you are interested in having your work published in this award-winning magazine, send your original work to settingstone@talawanda.org. Visit settingstone.org/about for more information
KATE: As for club meetings today, Robotics club is meeting today, after school, in room 412
TESSA: Another club that’s meeting today is Mock trial. They will meet after school in room 315
KATE:  And just a reminder, there is no tribune this week.
TESSA: That’s all for today’s activities. Now looking later into the week
KATE: Best Buddies will be meeting in the cafeteria during the tutorial this Friday.
TESSA: And finally Bible Study will be meeting this Friday, during tutorial in Mr. Burtis’ room.
KATE: Make sure that if you are in any clubs you are checking your email and google classroom for any updates due to weather.

ADDI: Last night the wrestling team was in action in Franklin County. There were many close matches as the young  team continues to hone their skills. One standout match was Will Tanner’s, who pinned his opponent in the second period. The wrestling team will compete in a tri-meet at Turpin this Saturday.
