Friday’s Setting Stone Coffee House has been canceled.
WILL:
Due to a low number of acts, Setting Stone has had to cancel Friday’s Coffee House. The next Coffee House is scheduled for February–follow Setting Stone on instagram @settingstonemag for more information.
DOM:
On another note–Setting Stone is looking for submissions for its literary art magazine.
WILL:
That’s right. Setting Stone is looking for original artwork, photography, poetry, and short stories. Drop work off to Aerni in room 320 or email it to settingstone@talawanda.org.
DOM:
Diversity Club’s meeting for today has been canceled. Please email Mrs. Schultze with any questions.
WILL:
And, later tonight, NHS will host its induction ceremony in the PAC.
DOM:
The induction will be held this evening at 7:00 to recognize new members into the organization. Congrats to new members.
WILL:
Anyone interested in playing Talawanda Baseball this spring should attend a short meeting at 8:05 AM Friday, November 3rd.
DOM:
This meeting will be held in Coach Lykins’s room, room 413, regarding the winter workouts set to begin Monday, November 6th.
WILL:
The Powderpuff football game is taking place tomorrow night out at the stadium.
DOM:
And, while registration is closed, you can still come out and cheer on the teams.
WILL:
The Butler Tech Career Day field trip for sophomores will happen on Thursday, November 16th.
DOM:
Permission slips for the field trip are due this Friday. Forms should be turned in to Mr. Barter, who can be found in room 519, located next to the clinic.
WILL:
Also, if you are registered to vote, don’t forget that voting day is on Tuesday, November 7th. Get out there and vote!
