Today is staff appreciation Day for FCCLA week, members have prepared and will be serving a conference meal to the entire staff tonight. We appreciate everything that our staff does here for all of us here at THS. FCS students will be listening to Chef Carty from Sullivan College. Thank you to all who wore their red and white; as these are our national colors. Red stands for strength and white stands for sincerity for purpose. Tomorrow is the day everyone has been waiting for Everything but a backpack Day!
Students- mark your calendars for Friday, March 10 from 7 to 9:30pm. The Best Buddies spring dance is returning after a Covid hiatus for a spring sock hop. This fun, laid back event will feature dancing, activities, and food. All are welcome to attend this free event!

Best Buddies February meeting will be held today until 3:30pm. We will celebrate Valentine’s Day with lots of red and pink themed snacks and games! We will also talk about our upcoming Best Buddies Sock Hop!
The Spirit Store will be open on Friday during lunch and today before and after the Pep Rally. If you need merch, stop by and check out the sweatshirts, t-shirts and hats. Money goes to support Best Buddies. ‘s room today after school. All are welcome!

The Academic Team clinched their third SWOC title in the last four years last night, the postseason for them starts March 1st.
Before we get to the games tonight, SWOC All Conference teams came out for basketball, Kylee Fears and Logan Smith both took home Player of the Year and First team selections, also with First team selections were Taylor Farris and Isaiah Meade-Moss, getting second team selections were Cale Leitch, Trevor Norris, Myah Keene, and McKenna Weekly. And rounding it out with Coach of the Year, both Coach Roberts and Coach Huismann collected that award.
A big night tonight as we have two postseason games at the Lakota’s, Boys have round 1 at Lakota West vs Hamilton at 5:30, and the girls have round 2 at East against Milford, that game begins at 7:30. Good luck to all of our basketball players tonight.
