BRAVE Day, Talawanda’s annual family and community building event for Sophomores will be held tomorrow for Sophomores A-L and Thursday for Sophomores M-Z. You will be called out of first period after attendance is taken and report to the upper gymnasium. Lunch will be provided.
The Talawanda Diversity Club will meet after school today from 3 – 3:45 in room 221. We are always looking for new members, so please come and check it out
Model UN will have a meeting in Ms. Lefevers room after school today
Anyone interested or apart of Key Club there is a meeting in Mrs. Caraballo room 218 after school today

Brave Football lost to Ross Friday Night 28-0, the offense stalled against the Ross defense totaling only 99 yards in the defeat. The team sits in 5th in the SWOC standings still ahead of 0-2 Harrison and the teams next game will be the last home game and Senior Night vs Edgewood on Friday.
Moving to Saturday the Cross Country Teams competed in the Centerville Night Lights, the girls team finished 6th out of 34 schools and Lucia Rodbro placed 3rd out of 280 runners with a 5k time of 18:48. The boys finished 7th out of 36 schools in their race, the highest placer for the Brave was Max Bixler who had a 5k time of 16:56.
Girls Soccer took out Eaton 4-1 on Saturday, Addi Thacker and Zada Young both tallied a goal and Jillian Wynn scored twice in the victory. The Lady Brave will have a packed week starting off tonight vs Winton Woods.
One home games today as Girls Soccer hosts Winton Woods at 6pm, on the road Boys head to Winton Woods for a non-conference match at 7pm and Girls Golf travels to Eaton for a 4 o’clock match
