There will be a Boys and Girls open gym after school tomorrow (Wednesday 9/21) until 3:45
Does being on a team and making robots do your bidding sound like fun? The First Tech Challenge team at Talawanda High School has a robot, but needs creative students to tell it what to do. You can build parts, code or strategize to complete various tasks.

Best Buddies members: our September meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29. Anyone who did not make our first meeting is welcome and encouraged to attend. We love having new members join us! Our meeting will be a fall fest with caramel apple pops, apple cider, and pie!
Brave Day for Sophomores will be held October 4th or October 6th for Sophomores, depending on your last name. Brave Day is Talawanda’s family building and school leadership event that is held every year for students. You will be receiving more information about this day in the next few weeks, and if you have any questions about the day please see Mr. Zimmerman in Room 301.
There will be a Bible Study tomorrow after school from 2:15 to 2:45. It will be held in the main office in the lounge space down the hallway. Anyone is welcome and if you have any questions you can contact Dean Cradduck through Talawanda email or find him in the hallways.

Girls Golf finished 2nd in a tri-match against Colerain and Middletown outshooting Colerain by 18 strokes, and getting beaten by Middletown by 20. Keylee Goerss was the medalist for The Lady Brave shooting a 43, the ladies are right back in action tonight as the head to Ross.
Also on the green yesterday were the boys who crushed Monroe outshooting them by 32 in a 169-201 victory. The boys will head back to Miami Whitewater on Wednesday.
Moving to the courts, Volleyball swept Taylor for their 7th straight win and the team has won 17 straight sets. The girls look to continue their impressive run at home tonight vs Ross.
Three home games today starting off with girls tennis who hosts Harrison at 4:15, Volleyball looks to stay on their hot streak vs Ross at 7, and Girls Soccer is also hosting Ross, that game at 7pm. A Couple games on the road as Boys Soccer heads to CHCA for a non-conference match at 7 and Girls Golf heads to Grand Oaks to take on Ross.
