Tickets for the May 7th Setting Stone Coffee House are on sale now! The Coffee House will be held on Friday, May 7th in the courtyard outside the cafeteria, and feature performances from THS students! Tickets are limited, so pick one up today! Stop by Mr. Aerni’s room (320) to grab yours for $3. Any remaining tickets will be on sale at the gate for $5.

The 2021 Prom will be May 1 from 7:00-11:00 pm here at THS. Tickets are $20 and purchasing information will be sent to you via email. All current Juniors and Seniors, as well as the class of 2020, are invited to attend the prom. The prom theme is “City of Stars” and we are hoping for good weather, a beautiful sunset, and a memorable evening. Please dress accordingly for the elements and a concrete dance floor. See Ms Mann if you have any questions! 

Congratulations to Meghan Cromer today – In recognition of Meghan’s years of participation in dance with Fairfield Community Arts Center and her outreach efforts with them, the Mayor of Fairfield signed a proclamation to make today Meghan Cromer Day in Fairfield.  Congratulations Meghan!

Seniors, graduation is fast approaching! If you intend to participate in graduation please make sure you have ordered your Cap and Gown by May 1st. You can go to Jostens.com to place your order. Cap and Gown orders will be handed out to Face-to-Face students on May 7th, for Online Learners they will be available for pick up in the main office the week of May 10th from 7:30am to 3pm.

All boys interested in playing golf this summer or next fall, please plan to attend an informational meeting on Thursday April 29th, immediately after school in Mr. Cawein’s room (Room 215).  Coach Gloeckner and Coach Cawein will discuss summer practice and playing opportunities as well as the fall golf season.

If you are interested in getting some extra basketball in, the boys basketball team will be doing morning shooting and ball handling on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7 to 7:30.

A 5 run sixth inning propelled the baseball team to an 8-3 win last night over Edgewood, they improve to 10-7 on the year and 5-4 in the SWOC, they will head to Cincinnati tonight to play Elder.

The softball team dropped a 14-4 decision to Edgewood last night, they fall to 9-8 on the year and 3-6 in the SWOC, they have a chance to rebound tonight in doubleheader action at Beavercreek.

The lacrosse team fell to Fenwick 19-11 Grady Holmes, Brendan Bohon, Jack Hall and Jonathan Richter all registered goals for the Brave, they fall to 8-3 on the year but will have a chance to claim the SWOC championship (unofficially) on Wednesday at Edgewood.

The boys tennis team edged Wyoming last night, 3-2 was the final as they improve to 9-4 on the season, they’ll match up with the Seven Hills Stingers’ “B” team tonight, that’s the only home event at the Wilhelm Athletic Complex tonight.
