Good Morning Talawanda. Today is Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021.

The THS Media Center has double the number of overdue books due to the remote learning and school closings.  We did not have a chance to collect most of the books that were due from the 2019-2020 school year and most of the books that were checked out during the brief face to face weeks in late October and early November 2020.  If possible, especially those who are currently attending in person, please return or renew any book you currently have checked out that is overdue.  

Reminder to seniors applying for the OCE or THS Local Scholarships – Packets are due by 3pm this Thursday!  Mrs. Roy will be in the guidance office tomorrow and Thursday if you don’t drop them off today.

Quarter Two Honor Roll certificates have been distributed.  Congratulations to all of our recipients!  Remote learners earning honor roll, your certificates are available in the main office foyer.  Contactless pickup, weekdays between 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.

THS Mock Trial Team Rage Against has qualified for  STATE!!!! Talawanda Mock is now in the top 19 teams in Ohio.  Please congratulate team members Rita Barclay-Hart, Eliot Berberich, Kel Fisher, Nathan Hall, Madeline Moser, Jean Pateman, and Emma Schrimper.

James Anzano is up for Enquirer athlete of the week this week after his 2 goal performance versus Kilbourne last weekend, so make sure to vote for him on the Cinci Enquirer high school sports page.

Congrats to the mock trial team on qualifying for states, that was announced last night so good luck to all of them as they will compete March 11-13th to complete their season.
