Seniors, We have extended the deadline for applications for both the Oxford Community Foundation and Talawanda Scholarships until this Thursday, 2/25.  You will need to have them turned in to the Guidance Office no later than 3 pm on Thursday. Please allow enough time for anyone writing letters of recommendation for you.  You can either request a copy of your transcript through Parchment or if you are in the building you can stop by guidance and get a copy.  These do not need to be official so you can make as many copies as you need.   Please see  Mrs. Roy with any questions.

Talawanda HOPE is sponsoring self care month at THS.  To end February self care month, this week is focused on managing stress.  One of the easiest ways to manage stress is through deep breathing.  Here is a short video to teach a deep breathing technique, followed by Goon Squad with sports.

Welcome back everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. Concussion Boy STILL can’t stand in front of bright lights and we must have done a good job last week so GOON SQUAD is back
