March 9th, 2020

Good Morning Talawanda. Today is Monday, March 9th, 2020.

Setting Stone will meet today to review new submissions.

Mental illness is a problem with brain function.  There are a lot of different types.  1 in 5 teens suffer from a mental illness of some sort.  And it can look different for each person. No body chooses to have a mental illness.  Laughter is strong medicine to counteract these issues.  It strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, reduces pain and protects you from the damage of stress.  Have a good laugh today.  And join in laughter with your friends and the Hoops for Hope tournament on Saturday.

Congratulations to Justin Beckner as he won the Ohio FFA State Extemporaneous Public Speaking contest on Saturday! Justin will now represent the Talawanda/Butler Tech FFA Chapter and Ohio FFA in October at the National FFA Convention. Great job, Justin!
