Talawanda’s unofficial film club is looking for new members.  Do you want to be an actor, filmmaker, or screenwriter?  If you do, then join and they’ll produce your films.  The first meeting for new members is this Saturday.  To join, contact Peter Averbach at his email or speak to him in person.

Those interested in playing boys tennis this spring there will be a short informational meeting in room 310 after school on Tuesday the 21st.  If you can not make the meeting see Mr. Thomas in room 310.  No prior tennis experience required.

Now for Film Club Friday’s Feature: Peter’s Hot Takes for the Oscars

Lists are now posted outside the guidance office of those students who have qualified for the 2nd quarter honor roll recognition.  It will be Thursday, January 23.

Now for today’s birthdays, David Moreland turns 17 and Kimberly Barret turns 15.

And now for What’s the T and Luke WP

The girls bowling team fell to Harrison by a 2111-1407 score they fall to 0-11 on the year. The boys team fell to the Wildcats by a 2544-2327 score. They fall to 6-6 on the year both bowling teams will host home matches against Hamilton on Monday.

Home games for this weekend: the swim and dive teams will be hosting the Southwest Ohio classic this weekend, also good luck to the wrestling team who will head to Sycamore this weekend, and the hockey team will head to Dublin to play in the pioneer classic.
