Good Morning Talawanda. Today is Friday, September 20th, 2019

Lost & Found is already overflowing with water bottles, lunch boxes(Thirty One bag with initials) and always lots and lots of clothes!  Come to the main office before Wednesday.  Everything will be given to Goodwill.

Key Club will be having its first official meeting on Monday, September 23, from 2:30 to 3:00 in room 423.  New and returning members should come to this meeting, as there are some important forms and dates that will be talked about during the meeting.

Talawanda Baseball players who have volunteered to help out at the TMS Craft Fair need to report to the Middle School by 2:45 on Saturday, September 21st. We will be finished by 4:15.

HOMECOMING is right around the corner! If you need assistance with homecoming attire, please see Ashley in the guidance office any Monday, Wednesday or Friday. 

Everyone is invited to the 17th Annual Latin American and Caribbean UniDiversity Festival Friday, September 20, 2019 from 5:30 – 9:00 pm at the Oxford Uptown Parks, High St. & Main St., Oxford, OH.

Come for a short while and/or stay for the evening.This event is sponsored by the Center for American and World Cultures, Global Initiatives with support from Oxford Community Arts Center and in partneships with many many  organizations including the Oxford Community Foundation, Oxford Lane Library, the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and Talawanda High school.

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the golf match yesterday you guys had such good camo we couldn’t see anyone, so thanks for coming to the golf match.

The boy’s varsity golf team defeated Badin last night 5-1 in match play to extend their season record to 14-2.  This was their final match leading up the SWOC Tournament which will be played this coming Tuesday at the Miami Whitewater course.

In other action the JV boy’s team loss to Badin 196-202.  There record now stands at 11-2 overall.  Medalist for the match was Parker Geshan with a round of 44.

The girls tennis team fell to Preble Shawnee yesterday they fall to 10-9 on the year and their next game is Monday at Colerain.

The girls golf team improved their record to 15-4 on the year with a one stroke win over Northwest last night final in that one 213-214 their next match is at home versus Princeton on Monday.

Home games for today: The football team looks to improve to 4-0 on the year at home versus New Richmond, tailgate begins at 5:30 and the game begins at 7 student section will be a white out tonight so let’s support the football team in a big game tonight.
