Friday, September 13th in the PAC during 6th Period- there will be a free concert featuring popular music from Brazil, Cuba, Argentina and Puerto Rico, including selections by the country’s most important composers as part of the uniDiversity Festival. Best Buddies will have its first meeting of the year after school on Thursday. Best Buddies is an international organization that aims to bring together students with and without disabilities in a friendly environment. Some of our events in the past have included field trips to the Reds Stadium, the Powder Puff football game, and an inclusive dance in the spring. Join us on Thursday, in room 316. We will have snacks!

Do you love efficient human transportation? Do you love the feeling of the wind on your face as you zoom down a giant hill? Then you should join Talawanda’s Cycling Club! We’ll be going on group rides around Oxford, learning some proper bike safety for road rides, and doing many fun cycling based activities, possibly even learning to unicycle! It’s a great way to stay active while seeing Oxford in  a entirely new, exciting way. Come stop by Mrs. Schrans’s room 216 after school Wednesday.

This year,  The World Language Club (Voila) is partnering with The American Red Cross.  If you are interested in learning more, plan to attend the Informational Open House Today – immediately after school in Room 118.
