Seniors, if you were impacted by PRIDE Day and would like to be involved as a senior helper this year, please pick up an application in Mrs. Peter’s office.

Congratulations to Ethan Hamilton who has been named National Merit Semifinalist!  Only the top 1% of PSAT test takers are recognized as semi-finalists.

The 2018 Homecoming activities are as follows:  parade September 20, football game September 21, and dance September 22.  If you have questions about these events, please see Ms. Mann, Mrs. Sammons, or any football coaches.

THS students, Nosebleed will be playing in the THS gym from 11-11:30 Homecoming night immediately following the dance.  We hope you can be there to hear some awesome music!  See Davis Byrd or Ben Nachowitz if you want to buy a Nosebleed shirt.

Come to the first Model UN meeting right after school on Thursday September 20th in room 118, Ms. Lefevers room.  This will be an informational meeting so all are encouraged to come.  If you have any questions or can’t come please contact club president Jenny Lee.

Week 4 of the High School football season was Friday and the football team fell to New Richmond by a score of 34-3. Tyler Teeters went 9 for 14 passing for 74 yards and rushing for 44 more, and Tyler Engelhard made a 28 yard field goal for the Braves only points. Talawanda’s record falls to 2-2. Next up, this week league play starts for the Braves when they host Little Miami.
The girls soccer team beat Eaton on the road Saturday by a score of 2-0. Their record improves to 5-2-1 overall. They will play next Tuesday at Ross.

Home games for today: Girls JV and Vrsity Field Hockey host Indian hill. JV at 5 and Varsity at 6:30.
